Yup I got this and I managed to get rid of it. Once in there, look for Secureboot option and something to do with loading default keys. Once you load default keys, reboot and the watermark goes away. I tried what you said. It takes me back to my BIOS.

Thats where I try to enable the SecureBoot but then I get this error. Ah ok. That means your graphics card bios is not a UEFI bios. You have 2 of the 3 already. You'll need to contact your graphics card manufacturer and see if they can provide a UEFI bios for your graphics card. Then try to see if you can load default keys. That's what I did for mine. I try to load the default keys but when I do I get this error. Please restart the system and try again. Hopefully this fixes it.

Fiber is much better than cable. From click to start the update to finish, took me less than 30 minutes.

You must have Xfinity!! I went to the store, downloaded the update, and waited for it to finish. It seems to have, but nothing else has happened. What's next? Rebooted and it seems to be working again. Me too. Took me 20 min with Cox 35Mb. To download 3. I wish my schools internet was that fast.
